Here's another way to raise money for breast cancer without leaving your home or office. Through October 31, 2007, for each email that is sent with a decorated electronic duck and is opened by the recipient, Munchkin will donate $0.05 to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure up to a maximum total of $10,000. For more fun ways that Munchkin is helping to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer visit, www.munchkin.com/projectpink

A WORD ON UNDERAGE DRINKING
As a mom, I found this very interesting and surprising...Did you know that 65% of underage youth obtain alcohol from family and friends? And that only 7% of underage youth report that they obtained alcohol from retailers that did not check ID. Well...there is an organization, The Century Council, that has made it a mission to fight drunk driving and underage drinking. Check out there various initiatives.

FOR TECH SAAVY MOMS
Check out this great looking laptop for those mompreneurs, bloggers, and plain ole internet surfers. This is a piece of art! I am always looking for something unique and Sony VAIO has prevailed. Their new line of laptops have art filled lids created by Maya Hayuk. I've googled Maya but haven't found a website for her work yet. There are plenty of articles regarding her out on the net though. Check her out.

MOMPRENEURS
This section is dedicated to the women that have taken on the arduous task of becoming entrepreneurs while simultaneously taking care of their families.
ROBEEZ FOUNDER, SANDRA WILSON
It was in 1994, when Sandra Wilson was downsized from her airline job that Robeez was born. Named for her then 18 month old son, Robert, Robeez began in the basement of her home and has since grossed millions of dollars. In 2006 Stride Rite acquired Robeez.

JUICY COUTURE'S FOUNDERS, GELA TAYLOR & PAMELA SKAIST-LEVY .jpg)
The Juicy Couture founders met at a mutual friend's clothing store in LA several years ago. Gela Taylor was pregnant and struggling as an actress. Pamela Skaist-Levy was making a living designing hats. Their first design was maternity jeans that were derived from old Levi's. In 2001, their reinvention of the sweatsuit became the phenomenon that is now known as Juicy Couture. http://www.juicycouture.com/.jpg)
REBECCA FINELL, FOUNDER OF BOON, INC

JULIA BECK, FOUNDER OF FORTY WEEKS
